Taryn began her real estate career in 2003 on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. Throughout the years, she has had the opportunity to assist clients in both Buyer’s and Seller’s markets. It's evident that her passion for real estate extends beyond her professional endeavors, as she and her husband, Jason, actively invest in rental properties and enjoy the creative process of remodeling homes together. Taryn's multifaceted interests and experiences undoubtedly enrich her perspective as a real estate professional, allowing her to connect with clients on a personal level while offering valuable insights into the diverse real estate markets she serves.

Taryn and her family started living in between Boise and Hawaii in 2016 and officially moved to Boise full time in 2019. Taryn is a proud mom to 2 great daughters and 1 loving son-in-law. In her free time, Taryn likes to be outdoors with her family and their beloved fur babies.

TYSON GARTEN

Tyson is a devoted husband and father of four adult children, known for his servant's heart and unwavering dedication to his community. Despite starting his real estate career only five years ago, Tyson has over 28 years of expertise in New Construction. Prior to his venture into real estate, he spent 25 years in the HVAC industry.

Since transitioning to real estate in 2019, Tyson has made significant strides in assisting both buyers and sellers across the Treasure Valley, excelling in both new construction and existing homes. His commitment to the industry extends beyond transactions; Tyson actively serves on the local building contractor’s board and holds positions in the State and National Home Builders Association.

Tyson's passion for community involvement is palpable. Since 2021, he has served on the Kuna Planning and Zoning Commission, channeling his dedication to shaping his community's future. Furthermore, Tyson's dedication to serving extends to his role as a Correctional Peace Officer with the Idaho Department of Corrections. Driven by a profound desire to inspire hope and offer encouragement, Tyson finds purpose in assisting individuals who may feel voiceless or lost within the corrections system. He tirelessly works to equip them with the necessary tools and resources to facilitate successful reintegration into society upon their release, embodying a commitment to fostering positive change and rehabilitation within the community.

In his spare time, Tyson extends his service to Celebration Church in Nampa, where he serves as a trustee on the board and leads the safety and security team. Always eager to share his knowledge and experiences, Tyson welcomes any inquiries about real estate or life in general, embodying a spirit of generosity and compassion.
